I have been using Seagate, and it is working fine so far. Been like a year now. Then again the choice is yours.

Not 1 year, something more than 36 months. Also Seagate failure rate is very high last years.

I have only used Seagate. I never experienced anything bad with Seagate. So much so, I recently built my i7 system and used two Hard Drives of Seagate. SSD 512 Gb Primary and secondary 2 TB SSHD.

Nah man. That must be luck playing with you. I have been using Seagate for more than 5 years now and my Hard Drives never had any issues.

Haha, NO! you misunderstood me a little bit. I am not using one HD for 5 years. I meant to say that for 5 years I am trusting Seagate with their HDs and the only reason I changed my HDD is because I wanted an upgrade. I never had issues for which I had to get it replaced.
